We are delighted to propose to you the rental of three chalets situated in Courchevel 1550, « Le Hameau des Brigues ».
These chalets accomodate 8 / 10 people . They are located in the heart of the mountains which offer excellent hiking ans biking trails with spectacular views.
The price includes : a representative to welcome you, hot and cold water, electricity, services for washer and dryer, a thourough cleaning of the chalet before your arrival, sheets and towels are provided at your arrival, an inventory of the chalet is made at the end of the week.

The chalets are equipped with TV, Cassette and DVD Player, HIFI and telephone for incoming calls, chimney, Jaccuzi bathtub, terrace and garage.
It is strickly forbidden to sublet the chalet.
Should this occur, the occupants must leave immediately.
There are no animals allowed in the chalets.
It is imperative that the client let us know 72 hours in advance :
- The day and time of their arrival and departure. The arrival must not be before 05:00 PM and departure must not be later than 10:00 AM in order to help facilitate the cleaning of the chalet.
- The identity and number of clients occupying the chalets.
The reservation is confirmed only after a deposit of 30% of rental price has been received. In the case of a cancellation, the 30% is not returned.
The payment must be made to AIR de GRAND LARGE, 8 days after the option has been put on the chalet.

Please inform the bank with your name and first name.
The remaining 70% of the rental must be sent one month before the date of your arrival.
In the case of a last minute cancellation, whatever the reason may be, the tenant must pay the balance and no reimbursement will be made.
We advise you to buy an insurance cancellation.
There is a damage deposit of 1 000 Euros which must be paid the day of your arrival.
This deposit will not be debited during your stay excepted in the case of damage in the chalet during your stay.
